This Clearance Release is for all professional photographers and videographers that are planning a shoot on NWSOF Property. When filled out correctly by both the NWSOF and the photographer/videographer, images are released for use by both parties. This protects the photographer/videographer and the NWSOF. This allows the artist to sell imagery featuring proprietary NWSOF Terrain and profit from it legally under US Copyright Law.
This is a classic liability release needed for any rider, professional or amature, who plans on attending any event or function at the NWSOF or Windells
